The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LHR has a fitness room with pelotons.
Also the Centurion lounge at JFK has studio with mirror and a row machine if I recall correctly.

Capital one lounge could be packed too in the afternoon, wait until all the star alliance j class pax come in lol. There’ll be a 30min wait time for the lounge

DFW amex lounge was so full of people. It was pretty gross (the people were)

The only reason why the Capital One Lounge is not that busy compared to the American Express lounge is there's not that many Capital One lounges

So I I’ve been to all 3 C1 lounges and they are super nice! However, they also have some crowding issues depending on the time of day. I also want to say it’s easy to do 3 lounges correctly. I’m more interested to see what the experience is like once they’ve expanded the footprint and be in play for 5-10 years.
I also just head cannon but I think the C1 lounges are nicer because it’s so much harder to get the VX than the platinum. So unlimited access is a lot harder to get.
